Project
The Collaborative facilitated a Master Plan process for an underserved property adjacent to the University of Toledo’s Main Campus. This interactive process included representatives from the University of Toledo Foundation, the UT Board and Fairmount Properties development company.
The resulting 81,000 SF mixed-use development concept provides a retail and housing destination for students, while also inviting community use. The building layout includes a total of 112 beds. The facility includes four floor plan layouts, including 2-bedroom, 4-bedroom and efficiency units.
The Master Plan addresses parking and circulation for both student and community patrons and outlines future development projects.
