Project
Tampa Premium Outlets is a 491,000 SF racetrack-style, pedestrian-oriented shopping experience designed in the gulf coast cracker style. Putting the pedestrian first, the design offers shoppers a sense of discovery with each new promenade and intersecting courtyard. The rectilinear pattern is easy-to-navigate and features steel framed roofs to provide shade and protection from the elements, as well as additional free-standing pavilions with deluxe seating and cooling fans to help shoppers extend their visit.
A tropical destination, the center features ample palms and a central lagoon with pedestrian bridge and jet fountains. Shopper amenities like seating, resort-style umbrellas, elegant fountains, and lush landscaped courtyards encourage shoppers to rest while exploring the storefronts or grabbing a bite to eat.
