Project
The Collaborative, in conjunction with Simon Premium Outlets, completed a new outdoor retail center in Jenks, Oklahoma. The development is known as the Tulsa Premium Outlets and is home to over 70 tenants, including mercantile and restaurant tenants. Eight (8) multi-tenant one-story buildings are officially located on the property. The total project consists of approximately 373,000sf of Gross Leasable Area (GLA).
