Project
As part of the Oscoda Area Schools (OAS) mission, they strive to deliver comprehensive and challenging holistic experiences for their students through partnerships with the community. Supporting this mission, OAS and The Collaborative are working together to create a new community center, bringing recreational and educational opportunities to the broader district.
The new 30,000 square foot facility will house recreational activities including basketball, volleyball, pickleball, baseball and softball batting cages, running and walking track and a golf simulator. Additionally, spaces for administrative offices, a community room and support spaces will be included. Rounding out the new development will be an outdoor gathering area off the community room, allowing for multi-season events.
