Health & Wellness Center

The Collaborative designed a new Health and Wellness Center for Muskegon Community College. The 50,000sf facility includes a renovated competition court with new bleachers, a 2-court multi-purpose gymnasium with jogging track, expanded cardio and strength training areas, a fitness lab, physical education classrooms, athletics office suite, athletic training suite, physical education offices, locker rooms, and a lobby/snack bar.

The building also houses a 4,400sf Nursing Practitioner’s Office in conjunction with Mercy Health Partners. The building serves not only as a place of wellness and recreation, but also became the new activity hub of the MCC campus and the broader community.
