Global Living Learning Community

Kent State University engaged with Signet Developers and The Collaborative to design a new 300 bed residence hall for international and domestic students with global education majors. The majority of the occupants will be first and second year students; thus a focus on social spaces was created. Classrooms, living/learning spaces, informal gathering spaces, multi-purpose rooms and the development of meaningful outdoor space round out the building design.

The project also includes 20,000 SF administrative zone for the Office of Global Education.
