Project
After acquiring an adjacent property, St. Ursula Academy began to explore its potential uses. This spring-boarded into the need for a Campus Master Plan. Goals of SUA’s Campus Master Plan included:
– Developing a long term strategy for their buildings and grounds
– Creating a 10 Year Vision
– Implementing the Strategic Plan, Vision and Mission
– Establishing a guideline for prioritizing projects, including renovations and future building expansions
– Informing and supporting a comprehensive capital campaign
Upon completion of the Campus Master Plan, St. Ursula Academy launched the “Bound Together” capital campaign. Due to the Master Plan and capital campaign efforts, The
Collaborative was able to help the school identify, prioritize and implement the following improvements:
- New Main Entrance and Lobby Addition
- New Consolidated Student Services Suite
- Renovated cafeteria into a new Campus Commons
- Renovated old gym stage into a new Black Box Theater
- New Science Lab
- Softball and Soccer/Lacrosse Fields’ Improvements
- Parking Lot Renovation
