District Wide Master Plan

The Collaborative was retained to assist Perrysburg in creating a 10 year plan for its school facilities. The process includes several meetings with the Vision 2020 Committee, a group of school administrators, staff and faculty, government leaders, community members and parents. The Collaborative coordinated the evaluation of the physical condition of all existing district facilities, including review of general, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and structural systems. Costs estimates for the potential renovation of the facilities were then created to provide guidance to the committee as it contemplates the best direction for the district into 2028. A Student Enrollment Projection Study was also undertaken to determine the projected growth of the community and the schools over the next ten years, and provide insight as to where new facilities might be located.
