Project
An added 11,000+sf of usable space by adding new structure/floor slabs within the existing building to an existing gymnasium and existing pool area aligning with existing 1st and 3rd floors. An addition 11 new Domestic Violence Shelter Rooms (5 Doubles and 6 Singles) totaling 16 new beds, new shared space/kids play area and new toilet rooms. Finally an expanded existing Domestic Violence Shelter Kitchen and added new shared dining room. Along with a partial roof replacement, updated finishes, upgraded MEP system and added new fire suppression system.
