Wayman Palmer YMCA & Inez Nash Park

44,000 sq ft new YMCA and Community Hub. The building will provide a gymnasium, indoor pool, exercise spaces, and community hall for the Warren Sherman neighborhood. Partnering with local organizations, this YMCA also will include a child care facility, youth mental health services, and a food pantry. The exterior grounds will boast a splash pad and the City of Toledo’s Inez Nash Park, which offers revitalized multisport fields and courts, children’s playgrounds and nature play, and a rentable community shelter.
