Looking to give the office a face-lift, Shumaker, Loop and Kendrick teamed with The Collaborative to develop a plan for interior renovations. Key goals included directory signage, an improved layout for the Business Office, private office optimization and enhancing collaboration points throughout.

In addition to aesthetic upgrades such as ceiling clouds to brighten the lobby, paint and carpet improvements, the team provided options for reorganizing work stations to provide more private offices. This also included a concept for relocating the IT Suite to the lower level by renovating a current storage space into either individual offices or open work stations. Recommendations also extended to the cafe and lounge space to create a more welcoming atmosphere and bring employees together.
