Justice / Tween Brands Headquarters

The corporate headquarters for Justice / Tween Brand, was developed in two phases on a campus setting in New Albany, Ohio. Phase 1 delivered 178,000sf of office space organized around a two-story atrium and clerestory spine that provided natural light and visual connection. The open plan supported collaboration, while varied meeting spaces—indoors and out—offered flexibility for teams of different sizes and needs.

Phase 2, completed seven years later, expanded the campus with a 68,000sf creative office building and a two-level parking garage, partially below grade. A conditioned bridge crossed a landscaped water feature to connect the expansion to the original building, extending the circulation spine and reinforcing campus continuity. The addition introduced rooftop meeting terraces and green roofs, enhancing employee wellness and creativity.

Together, the two phases established a dynamic headquarters that blended open, collaborative work environments with carefully planned outdoor amenities. Walking paths, terraces, water features, and increased greenspace reinforced the campus feel while accommodating future growth.
