Corporate Office

Located just south of the runway at John Glenn Columbus International Airport, the 6,200sf corporate office reflects the energy and industrial character of its surroundings. The design draws from the site’s context—rail lines, refueling stations, shipping terminals and constant air traffic—distilling them into a cohesive architectural language. Steel tube trusses finished in Emron are left exposed as celebrated structural features, while the roof form nods to the aerodynamics of flight. Lighting integrated into the corridor floors recalls the rhythm of nearby runway beacons, connecting the building’s identity back to its aviation context.

Inside, glass partitions create transparency between workspaces, allowing natural light to reach across the office and encouraging openness. Industrial materials interact seamlessly with refined finishes, unifying the interior into a fluid and connected environment. The result is a workplace that embraces its fragmented surroundings, transforming them into a source of inspiration and identity.
