Jones & Peelle Science & Business Center

Adrian College teamed with The Collaborative to renovate its 80,000 SF Science / Psychology and Business buildings and expand them with a 16,000 SF addition. Improvements include renovated classrooms with full technology, renovated science labs, lecture hall, and offices. The addition provides additional academic space and research laboratories.

The project incorporates sustainable design principles. A new circulation space brings natural light into the building through skylights while simultaneously making both buildings ADA accessible. A new entrance plaza connects to the main campus green space. The project includes a complete new brick skin for the entire facility.
