Project

The district’s two-part high school feasibility study began with evaluating an existing corporate office building to determine whether it could be converted into a school facility with 70+ classrooms, a gym, an auditorium, and essential support spaces. This phase also explored whether the surrounding site could accommodate the district’s long-term athletic facility needs.

The second phase assessed whether renovations and potential additions to the current high school could meet the district’s academic and extracurricular requirements, with athletic upgrades remaining on the existing campus. After reviewing both options and their alignment with district goals, the district selected the path of renovating and expanding the existing high school and enhancing its current athletic facilities.
