Project
As part of Luther’s master planning process, The Collaborative led a space utilization study with CFP, to evaluate classroom needs and opportunities for improvement. The analysis confirmed that the overall classroom supply met instructional demand but revealed opportunities to better align room sizes and support more active, flexible learning environments.
Through this process, nearly 20 classrooms were identified for transformation into adaptable spaces that promote collaboration and new teaching modalities. Traditional fixed seating was replaced with mobile tables and chairs, allowing for dynamic reconfiguration to support group work, blended learning, and interactive instruction.
Upgrades also included refreshed finishes that reflected Luther’s brand identity, enhanced technology for hybrid learning, expanded power access, and integrated multi-surface projection systems—all designed to create engaging, future-ready learning environments.
