The feasibility study explores the potential location(s) of multiple athletic fields, parking, and support amenities within the 58-acre site. This study includes the following components:
- 3,000 seat multi-purpose synthetic turf competition field with future 8-lane competition running track and field events. This venue also includes concessions, restrooms, storage, etc.
- Multi-purpose synthetic turf practice field
- Natural grass competition soccer field
- Baseball and Softball diamonds
- 8-court tennis complex
- Potential future field house
- Potential future educational building
- Parking surface lots
