Michael has a deep appre­ci­a­tion of the cre­ative process. He excels at dis­cov­ery, strate­giz­ing and prob­lem-solv­ing along­side of our clients. With over 30 years of design expe­ri­ence, he col­lab­o­rates exten­sive­ly with pub­lic and pri­vate clients to first devel­op a vision, then to trans­form their cam­pus­es and built envi­ron­ments. A crafts­man at heart, Michael works with cre­ative inten­si­ty, pay­ing atten­tion to every detail in the devel­op­ment of insight­ful and ele­gant design solutions.

Per­haps all of these char­ac­ter­is­tics have led Michael to become a bit of a ser­i­al builder. When he’s not build­ing con­sen­sus and design strate­gies with our clients, he’s often immersed in a con­struc­tion project at home or at the off-grid cab­in in the Irish Hills that he and his wife have been constructing.
