Principal

Dave Serra has worked on more than 100 college and university projects across the region. His ability to effectively lead a team of both in-house staff and outside consultants directly relates to the success of his projects, as well as his abundant number of repeat clients. Utilizing an extremely service-oriented and efficient approach, Dave routinely takes on the most challenging projects; often involving accelerated schedules, complex renovations, occupied spaces and phased construction. Although his experience spans a variety of projects, Dave’s expertise lies in the renovation of science and academic facilities.
