One of the three awards honored was the Ann & Thomas Hoaglin Wellness Center at Denison University!

This project is a 16,000sf facility that includes both medical and behavioral health functions, including observation, exam and counseling rooms. The facility provides primary health care to students currently enrolled at Denison University. In addition to providing health and counseling services, the facility also serves as a hub for wellness education. The building provides space for Meditation, Student Organizations, Telemedicine, Physical and Alternative Therapy, Yoga and Spin. These functions help promote healthy lifestyle habits to enhance overall student well-being.

At The Ann & Thomas Hoaglin Wellness Center The Collaborative created “Good interior and exterior integration with an excellent focus on light gathering,” mentioned the Jury. Additionally, the Jury noted, “The landscaping blended perfectly with the building design.” The 16,000sf facility situated in Granville, Ohio combines traditional clinical and counseling spaces with flexible, multipurpose wellness spaces suiting today’s student needs.

We loved working with Denison and our project partners, including CK Construction.
